About Us

We are a local, family-run business with a passion for good food, coffee and a warm welcome.

Our story began during a year in Australia in 2014, where we discovered a love of quality coffee. Back home in Orrell, we wanted to share that experience with our community. When the local RBS branch closed, it became the home of The Old Bank Coffee & Wine Bar.

Our family of businesses grew to include a second coffee shop in Pemberton, also in a former bank, with original features including its vault and safe.

In 2021, we opened The Upper Crust Pizzeria next door to our Orrell coffee shop. What began as an idea for a private gathering space became a chance to share another favourite of ours: pizza.

Today, our pizzeria and bar brings together Neapolitan-style pizza, freshly prepared dough, pasta and carefully sourced ingredients. Whether you join us with family and friends or order a meal to enjoy at home, we look forward to welcoming you.
