We start by using our well known pizza dough and base as a solid foundation, which is a Neapolitan style base. This base takes around 58 seconds to cook, in our traditional Neapolitan Pizza ovens.
Layered on top is a carefully balanced blend of buffalo mozzarella, fiordilatte mozzarella, aged parmesan, Roasted Garlic, and Rosemary which when cooked is melted to the precise temperature needed for maximum flavour.
This may just be the best freshly made garlic bread you will ever try.
